The nine-member Kansas Board of Regents is the governing board of the state’s six universities and the statewide coordinating board for the state’s 32 public higher education institutions (seven public universities, nineteen community colleges, and six technical colleges).
The State Library of Kansas seeks to improve the lives of Kansas residents by providing resources that: increase reading readiness and on-grade reading acuity; improve chances for academic success; help start and grow businesses; assist individuals with employment opportunities; and provide lifelong educational opportunities.
Provides intensive and highly specialized teaching methods focused on the unique needs of students with visual impairments, including those with additional disabilities
