Kansas Bureau of Investigation Launches Mobile Criminal History Searches

New single sign-on process and responsive design technology added among key updates to the popular application.

TOPEKA, KS – Kansas Bureau of Investigation has unveiled an updated version of their popular Kansas Criminal History Record Search application. Developed in collaboration with Kansas.gov, the enhanced application allows users to instantly conduct searches of criminal history records from smart phones, tablets or desktop computers.

The enhancements also incorporate KanAccess, a new Kansas.gov login process that allows users to manage their Kansas.gov services with a single sign-on. The enhancements to the mobile experience make searching with a tablet or smartphone simple and available anywhere.

SUGGESTED QUOTE: “The new login process, as well as the mobile enhancements, were created in response to feedback that we received directly from Kansans who conduct criminal record searches.
