by Representative Carmody.
HB 2639, An act concerning partial birth abortions; amending K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 65-
6721 and repealing the existing section, by Representative Carmody.
COMMUNICATIONS FROM STATE OFFICERS
From Al LeDoux, Director, Kansas Water Office, water supply contracts negotiated under
the provision of the State Water Plan Storage Act and approved by the Kansas Water Au-
thority during calendar year 1999.
