The following petition was presented and filed:
HP 2002, by Rep. Hutchins, a petition requesting the Square Dance be designated as
the State Folk Dance, signed by Ida B. Kropp and 92 others from Atchison, Jackson, Jef-
ferson, Leavenworth and Shawnee Counties.

HB 2747, An act relating to income taxation; providing a credit therefrom for certain

right-to-know act; amending K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 65-6710 and repealing the existing section,
by Representative Klein.
HB 2748, An act concerning water rights; relating to change in place of use or point of
diversion; amending K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 82a-708b and repealing the existing section, by
Committee on Agriculture.
HB 2749, An act relating to consumer protection; concerning change of telecommuni-
cation service provider; amending K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 50-6,103 and repealing the existing
section, by Representative Ballou.
HB 2750, An act repealing K.S.A. 1999 Supp. 58-2005; relating to plats, by Represen-
tatives Tanner and Feuerborn.
HB 2751, An act concerning solid waste; concerning recycling; amending K.S.A. 1999
Supp. 65-3405 and repealing the existing section, by Committee on Environment.
