An Act concerning the state corporation commission; relating to
compromise of certain
civil penalties; amending K.S.A. 66-1,152 and repealing the

Section 1. K.S.A. 66-1,152 is
hereby amended to read as follows: 66-
1,152. Any civil penalty may be compromised by the state
