HOUSE BILL No. 2550
An Act concerning the director of the division of accounts and
reports; relating to the
powers and duties thereof; amending K.S.A. 75-3735 and
repealing the existing section.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Kansas:
Section 1. K.S.A. 75-3735 is hereby
amended to read as follows: 75-
3735. The director of accounts and reports shall:
(1) At least once each month and
annually, prepare reports as of the
close of the preceding month or fiscal year showing the financial
of each fund as of the close of the respective periods and the
