HIPAA Awareness and Readiness for Kansas (HARK), is an information clearinghouse for items pertaining to the implementation of HIPAA's many provisions.

HARK now has its own site at www.hark.info.

The Governing Board's Health Care Database is now available to provide mailing addresses and limited public licensure information to data users for public health care purposes.   To request data from the database, please complete and send or fax a data request form to the Office of Health Care Information at the address or fax number shown.
