- If you change your name, or your address during the licensing year, please notify us within 10 days.
- If you move during the license year, you must reapply for a license for your new premises. Because you will be considered a new facility, the fee may be pro-rated.
- Remember, licenses are for the premises, not the person. Your license does not allow you to sell animals from an unlicensed premises.
- If you decide to close, please notify this office with a written statement as soon as possible.
- If you are not available for an inspection during daylight hours, please state a designated person's name who can be available.
