To obtain fingerprint cardsTo receive FBI fingerprint cards for submission of prints to the Kansas Central Repository, mail your request to:
Be sure to include your name and mailing address, the type of card you need, the number of persons you will be fingerprinting and the purpose for which you will use the cards. There is no fee for these cards. To obtain other documentsAll documents used by customers of the Central Repository are available on-line. Return to the Home Page and then select the page that describes the action you wish to accomplish. At that page you will find whatever forms or documents in PDF format. The PDF file can be opened with the Adobe Acrobat Reader program. If you don't have an Adobe Acrobat Reader program on your computer, click here to be directed to the Adobe web site that provides that program without charge.
