Transaction History

Once you sign in with your credit card or INK Subscriber Account, you will be able to review your record check activity for the past seven days. This information will be found in the Transaction History page and can be accessed by clicking on the View Transaction History button on the bottom of any page after you have signed in.

THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR REVIEWING YOUR TRANSACTIONS OR COMPLETING AN INCOMPLETE SEARCH.

The history of your activity on this site will be organized into three areas:

  Searches that are pending off-line searches by the Central Repository

Here will be listed the off-line record checks you initiated in previous sessions. These are actions that are still pending action by the Central Repository staff. If a matching criminal history record is found, it will be fully automated and released to you. Otherwise you will be notified that a matching record was not found or that there was insufficient information to select a single record.

  Rap sheets you received over the past seven days

This listing will include the criminal history records you have selected and that have been released to you as an abstract of criminal history (the rap sheet). You are able to view any of these again by clicking the round button to the left of the name then selecting the View Search Results/Rap Sheet button at the bottom of the page.

  Other searches you have conducted for the past seven days

This listing will show all the searches you conducted that did not result in the release of an abstract of criminal history (the rap sheet). These will be searches that resulted in a no record response and any searches that were not completed.

If you did not complete a search transaction (for example, you received a candidate list but exited this web site before you selected a record to view), you may do so from this page by clicking the round button to the left of the name then selecting the View Search Results/Rap Sheet button at the bottom of the page.
