69-1-2 Applicant required to appear for next regular examination
unless unable.
- An applicant who is unable to appear due to extenuating circumstances, shall
provide written explanation and return the examination admission notice to
the board. For good cause shown and upon approval by the board, the applicant
shall then be granted a one-time privilege to take the next regularly scheduled
examination without the payment of an additional fee.
- "Extenuating circumstances" means conditions caused by unexpected
events beyond the person's control which are sufficiently extreme in nature
to result in the inability or inadvisability to begin and complete the exam.
