69-11-2 Expiration dates for licenses.
- Each individual license, with the exception of the senior cosmetology license,
shall expire on the last day of the licensee's birth month in:
- Even years for licensees with an even numbered birth year; or
- odd years for licensees with an odd numbered birth year.
- A senior cosmetology license shall expire on the last day of the licensee's
birth month, three years after the license has been issued.
