Kansas Administrative Regulation No. 69-13-1

69-13-1 Definitions.

  1. "Board" means the Kansas state board of cosmetology.
  2. "Act" means Article 19 of Chapter 65 of the "Kansas Statutes Annotated," entitled "Examination and Registration of Cosmetologists and Beauty Shops."
  3. "Establishment" means any place where cosmetology, manicuring, esthetics or electrology is taught or practiced.
