Kansas Administrative Regulation No. 69-15-10

69-15-10 Display of license and inspection certificate.

1. The practitioner shall post in public view in the lobby or waiting area of the place of business the current practitioner and facility license and a copy of the latest inspection certificate.
2. A licensee shall not post a reproduction of any license unless the board has issued and marked it "Duplicate."
3. A licensee shall not post a pocket identification card in lieu of a license.
