Kansas Administrative Regulation No. 69-3-27

69-3-27 Dropped students.

On or before the 5th of each month, each school shall submit, to the board, a list of students who have dropped from any of the school's programs in the previous month. The list shall include the following:

  1. The student's name;
  2. the apprentice license number;
  3. the student's date of birth; and
  4. the student's social security number.
