69-3-4 Number of instructors necessary.

1. A school of cosmetology shall maintain a ratio of instructors to students of not less than one to 25 in the classroom and one to 18 in the clinic practice area.
2. A school of nail technology or esthetics shall maintain a ratio of instructors to students of not less than one to 25 in the classroom and one to 20 in the clinic practice area.
