58-3042. License nontransferable; only individuals licensed.
- No real estate license shall give authority to any person other
than the person to whom the license is issued.
- No license shall be granted to a corporation, partnership, association
or limited liability company. Each person who is an officer of a corporation
or a member of a partnership, association or limited liability company
and who performs any act described in subsection (f) of K.S.A. 58-3035,
and amendments thereto, and each person who is employed by or associated
with a corporation, partnership, association or limited liability
company and who performs any act described in subsection (f) of K.S.A.
58-3035, and amendments thereto, shall be a licensed broker or licensed
salesperson.
