74-4203. Same; director; employees; administrative expenses.
- The Commission shall employ a director, who shall keep a record
of all proceedings, hearings, meetings, communications and official
acts of the Commission, and perform such other duties as the Commission
may require. The director shall call a meeting of the Commission upon
written request of two (2) or more of its members.
- The Commission may employ such other employees as may be necessary,
fix salaries of all its employees, and make such other expenditures
as are necessary to properly carry out the provisions of this act.
