86-1-18 Alternative licensing criteria for broker applicants.
- If a determination is made by the Commission pursuant to K.S.A.
58-3039 as amended by L. 1995, Ch. 149, Sec. 2(c)(2) to waive or alter
the requirements of K.S.A. 58-3039(c), and amendments thereto, then
a broker's license shall be issued to an applicant who meets all other
requirements imposed by this act for licensure as a broker if the
applicant:
- Attends a course of study prescribed by the Commission, which
shall consist of between 30 and 60 hours of instruction, depending
on the applicant's amount and type of experience; and
- within 90 days of notification by the Commission of the prescribed
course of study, submits evidence, satisfactory to the Commission,
of attendance.
- An applicant shall not use hours attended pursuant to this
regulation to meet any requirement of K.S.A. 58-3046a and amendments
thereto.
