86-1-4 Renewal of license.

1. All original licenses shall be issued for the period of time remaining until the expiration date determined by the schedule contained in K.A.R. 86-1-3.
2. The effective date of each renewed license shall be the calendar day following the expiration date. The renewal date shall be the due date of the renewal application, which is the last calendar day of the month preceding the license expiration date.
