86-3-3 Trade name.
- A broker who desires to do business under a trade name or name
not the broker's own shall register the name with, and obtain approval
from, the Commission. The Commission may disapprove the use of the
name if, in the judgment of the Commission, the use of the name would
be misleading or confusing to the public.
- A broker who operates the broker's business under a trade name
or name not the broker's own shall post the broker's name in or on
the broker's office.
