86-3-6a Offices.

  1. A primary office may be in the supervising broker's residence. A branch office may be in the branch broker's residence.
  2. Office space shall be sufficient to maintain the records relating to the broker's real estate business and to allow examination or inspection by the Commission pursuant to K.S.A. 58-3061 and amendments thereto without interference by other users of the property.
