Listed below are schools registered with the Kansas Real Estate Commission to instruct the 30-hour, "Principles of Real Estate" course. This course will meet the education requirement (prerequisite) to take the Kansas salesperson's exam. No continuing education credit is given for this course. The license exam must be passed within 12 months of completion of the course. If you have any questions regarding obtaining a license, call the Commission office at (785) 296-2424.
