LICENSE RENEWALS

ATTENTION: LAND SURVEYORS with last names beginning with A-L. Your license expires March 31, 2012. The ONLINE RENEWAL window will open February 1, 2012 and will be open until March 31, 2012. You may not practice after this expiration date.

ATTENTION: LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS with last names beginning with M-Z. Your license expires December 31, 2011. The ONLINE RENEWAL window will open November 2, 2011 and will be open until December 31, 2011. You may not practice after this expiration date.

Because the Kansas State Board of Technical Professions is sensitive to the current economic conditions, fees for renewing an individual license are reduced to $70.  Renewal fees for all five professions, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Architects, Landscape Architects and Geologists, will remain at this reduced rate for the foreseeable future.

Agency Mission

To provide maximum protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the people of Kansas by assuring that the practice of engineering, architecture, land surveying, landscape architecture, and geology in the state is carried out only by those persons who are proven to be qualified as prescribed by the statutes and rules and regulations of the Board of Technical Professions.
