66-10-11. Surveying experience required of an applicant
who is not a graduate of a surveying curriculum approved by the board. Through June 30, 2012, each applicant
for a land surveyor license under K.S.A. 74-7022, and amendments thereto, who
has not fulfilled the educational requirements of K.A.R. 66-9-5 shall provide a
verified record of eight years of land surveying experience. At least six years shall have been in
progressive land surveying, as defined in K.A.R. 66-10-12, and the remainder
shall have been in either progressive or basic land surveying, as defined in
K.A.R. 66-10-12. (Authorized by K.S.A.
