Article: INTERN CERTIFICATION AND ADMISSION TO THE FUNDAMENTALS EXAMINATION

Title: Intern land surveyor defined.

"Intern land surveyor'' means an individual who meets both of the following requirements:  (a) Has taken and passed the written examination in the fundamentals of land surveying as administered by the national council of examiners for engineering and surveying (NCEES); and

(b) has been issued an intern land surveyor certificate.
