Article: MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR THE PRACTICE OF LAND SURVEYING

Title: Minimum standards for the practice of land surveying.

The board hereby adopts by reference the following:
(a) The "minimum standard detail requirements for ALTA/ACSM land title surveys," published in 1997;

(b) the "classifications of ALTA/ACSM land title surveys for ALTA/ACSM land title surveys," published in 1997; and

(c) the "Kansas minimum standards for boundary surveys and mortgagee title inspections standards of practice #1" adopted by the Kansas society of land surveyors, and last amended on October 23, 1998, except that the preface and scope sections shall be deleted.
