Continuing Education
 

66-14-10. Reciprocity.  (a) Except as specified below in subsection (b), licensees of Kansas who are residents of any other jurisdiction shall meet the continuing education requirements of the board or of their resident jurisdiction. The board's continuing education requirements may be satisfied if a nonresident licensee provides evidence of having met the continuing education requirements of that individual's resident jurisdiction.
    (b)  If a licensee resides in a jurisdiction that has no continuing education requirements, the licensee shall meet the requirements of the board.
    (c)  Proof of compliance shall be presented in conformance with these regulations.
