Title: Second renewal notice. 

(a) Any individual or corporation failing to pay the renewal fee by the expiration date, will be sent a second written
renewal notice.

(b) The second written renewal notice shall state the renewal fee that is owed and shall further advise that if that
fee is not paid within 60 days of the expiration date, the individual's license or the corporation's authorization will
be cancelled.
