Article: EXAMINATIONS

Title: Repeat examinations.

Any applicant for a professional license who fails the written examination may take subsequent examinations or
re-examinations, if a letter of intent to retake is filed with the board at least 60 days prior to the date of the
subsequent examination. Each applicant shall be required to submit the appropriate fee with the letter of intent.
