Title: Educational standard acceptable to the board for reciprocity applicants.

For purposes of K.S.A. 74-7024 and amendments thereto, each applicant for a license by reciprocity shall be deemed to have met the educational standard acceptable to the board if the applicant's educational qualifications when the original license was issued would have met the Kansas requirements in effect on that date.
