2011 Criminal Recodification
2010 HB 2668, the criminal code recodification bill, takes effect July 1, 2011. Please read the letter provided to help explain the changes involved to better assist you... Recodification Letter.
To help ease the transition, the KSC has provided a "crosswalk reference workbook".
