Welcome to the Kansas Tracking and Reporting of Controlled Substances Website!
UPDATED JULY 24, 2013, 12:30PM
URGENT DATA SUBMITTERS (PMP Clearinghouse Users)-All data submission methods AND error correction are NOW available! Now data submitters can upload files, manual entry, submit zero reports, see file status, add users, and change their password. You can find updated upload instructions, including data correction instructions, in the PMP Clearinghouse Dispensers Guide. A brief summary for data submitters can be found here. SFTP users will use the password you provided during registration and user ID you received in the email only for SFTP authentication. The SFTP credentials are not used for access to the web portal. All registered users can access the web portal by using their email address that you submitted during registration as the user ID and by clicking forgot your password to set up your password for the first time.
When you submit data for the first time, please submit for the timeframe between your last submission to our previous vendor (HID)through the date of your first submission to Appriss via the PMP Clearinghouse portal so that we have no gaps in data reporting. If you have been using a software vendor to submit on your behalf previously, our team has hopefully resolved the issue preventing your vendors from submitting on your behalf. If you are still having issues with this and your vendor, please contact our office with your vendors contact information and we will have our technical team contact them and work through the issue on your behalf. We thank you for your continued patience.
Zero Reporting-Sending zero reports via sFTP is NOW available..
Dispensers will need to re-register with PMP Clearinghouse to report to K-TRACS (no report changes are taking place) to Appriss and begin reporting as soon as feasible after the system is live. Please see the PMP Clearinghouse Dispensers Guide for information regarding reporting. We would like you to begin reporting by the end of July but will not be checking daily compliance until the end of August. At that time, if you need an extension on reporting to K-TRACS because of this change, please contact email@example.com. If you need help registering or reporting and have technical questions, contact Appriss directly at: 1‐855‐544‐4PMP (1‐855‐544‐4767).
URGENT DATA REQUESTORS (PMP AWARxE Users)- 90% of the last 4 months of data is in the system and available for query. Please keep in mind that the patient profiles may not be complete. Historical data prior to March 1, 2013 will continue to be migrated over the next several weeks. The AWARxE data requestor site is available for previously registered users as of July, 1, 2013, however patient data is STILL being migrated in to the system. We will notify all users when the system is 100% live directly via email and through this webpage. Requestors are encouraged to verify their logins and make sure you can access the system. We also encourage you to explore the system and become familiar with it, but patient profiles will not be available for several weeks. Please see the AWARxE Data Requestors Guide to log in for the first time. A brief summary for data requesters can be found here.Your username will now be your unique individual email address, and the first time you log into the system you will select "Forgot My Password" to set your password for the first time. If the system does not recognize your email, you may have to re-register for the K-TRACS system. Not all delegate accounts are loaded at this time. Additionally, previously registered users DO NOT have to complete the notarized form as we have already obtained those from you. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have issues upon trying to log in.
