About Webmaster Resource Center

The Webmaster Resource Center is broken into the phases of the Web site development process. Within each phase you will find articles, exercises, links, checklists and tools to assist you with that phase of the process. This resource center can be used as a step-by-step guide for new Web site creators or as a helpful reference for experienced Web site creators. Either way this resource will help ensure you’ve considered all aspects in creating or updating a Web site including usability and accessibility procedures.

Additionally, we've included recommended standards to provide consistency for Kansas agencies. Consistency will assist users in brand awareness of the State of Kansas enterprise – not just a single agency. This still allows agencies the flexibility to maintain a unique look and feel to their sites.
