Expired License Restoration as of 2014

Kansas Statue allows a licensed barber to restore an expired barber or barber instructor license up to three (3) years beyond the expiration date.  The fee due is based on the number of days beyond that date and include the license fee and a restoration fee.

If a barber or barber instructor license is in expired status beyond three (3) years, the barber is REQUIRED to retake the barber or barber instructor license examination before the license can be restored.  If this is the status of your license and you wish to re-examine, please contact the Board of Barbering for futher instruction.
