Pharmacy License Renewal


This site was created to give licensees the opportunity to renew their licenses online. The accepted payment methods are Electronic Check or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). This online service is provided by, a third-party working in partnership with the state of Kansas. The online price of items purchased through, the state's official Web portal, includes funds used to develop, maintain, enhance, and expand the service offerings of the state's portal. Upon completion of the online renewal process, you will receive a confirmation screen. You will also receive your license in the mail within approximately 10 working days.

Ten percent of those submitting a continuing education will be audited. Those being audited will be required to provide proof of continuing education at which time you will provide copies of certificates to the Board office.

Who Can Use Online License Renewal?

There are some cases where individuals are not eligible to use the online license renewal process. Do not proceed online if you are:

  • Changing your inactive license to an active license status
