License Renewal Options
Notice
Work is processed in the order it is received. Please allow at least 15 business day before checking the status of your submission.
You must notify the board office if you have not received your license within 90 days of the date of your renewal or application submission. Failure to do so may result in a $25 duplicate license fee.
All License Renewals
Option 1: Online Renewal Portal
Steps
- Sign into your account
- First Time Use Notice: If you have not registered an online account you must first click forgot password in the login portal.
- Fill out the form by entering your information, it will ask for a verification code afterwards that is sent to your email which you will need to insert.
- Complete the appropriate license renewal form
- Make a payment either by card, check or money order
- Print, screenschot, or save your confirmation page.
Option 2: Email/Mailed Renewal
Steps (Must follow them in order)
- Choose which payment method you will be using below
- Online Payment Portal: You must submit payment before turning in the form, at the end of the payment process you will be emailed a receipt of with an Order ID#. Input the Order ID# in the proper area of the renewal form before sending it.
- Money Order / Check: You must mail, or bring in the payment to the office once the form to 2420 NW Button Rd. Topeka, KS 66618.
- Fill out the appropriate renewal form by computer, or by printing it and filling it out physically. The forms are in the table below
- After the form and the payment method are chosed and prepared/completed. You can email it to KBOC.ks.gov or mail it to 714 SW Jackson St. Suite 100 Topeka, Kansas 66603.
