On September 18, 2007, Agency Human Resource Offices were provided with a second letter from the Chairperson of the Commission seeking input from employees on the pay plans proposed by the Hay Group at the Commission's September 7, 2007 meeting. On June 13, 2007, Agency Human Resource Offices were provided with a letter from the Chairperson of the Commission seeking input from employees on compensation issues. The letter specifically asked for input on four questions regarding the design of a new compensation system and provided employees with an email address to which they could submit their comments. The content of the 475 emails responding to that letter that have been received to date have been compiled into the file found at the link below.
