Philosophy The State Employee Pay Philosophy Task Force was created by the 2007 Legislature and charged with the development of a compensation philosophy for the State of Kansas. This Task Force was composed of 11 members from all three branches of State Government. The Task Force developed the philoshopy below which will serve as the philosophical framework for the State Employee Compensation Oversight Commission as the Commission works toward the development of a new pay plan for State employees. |
