Crash Narrative: Vehicle 1 was Northbound on K7 in lane #1. Vehicle 2 was clearing the intersection to turn Southbound on K7 from 130th St with lights and sirens activated. Vehicle 2 was at a complete Stop. Vehicle 2 began to cross the #1 lane from a complete stop, Vehicle 1 failed to yield and struck Vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 rolled twice and came to rest on it's side.
