Driver 1 of the now stationary vehicle exited the vehicle to get mail from the mail box. Vehicle 2 was traveling Northbound on Solomon Rd approaching the now stationary Vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 swerved to the right, struck Vehicle 1, struck Driver 1 and came to rest in the East ditch.
