Crash Narrative: Vehicle 2 was traveling Westbound on U-54 highway. Vehicle 1 was traveling Eastbound and attempted to pass a CMV on a curve with insufficient clearance. Vehicle 1 swerved partially onto the Westbound shoulder in an avoidance maneuver, but the front passenger side of both vehicles collided. Vehicle 1 came to rest facing Southwesterly straddling the center line. Vehicle 2 came to rest facing Northeasterly in the Eastbound ditch.
