Offender DNA Remote Collection Module

In an effort to increase efficiency and productivity, the KBI Forensic Science Laboratory provides an Offender DNA Remote Collection Module to our customers for DNA submissions to the DNA Databank. This is a web-based system for logging offender DNA sample collections which are required by state law, K.S.A. 21-2511. Some of the benefits of this system include the ability to check if the offender has previously submitted DNA and to verify if the arrest qualifies for DNA collection. Registration is required and can be performed by each agency’s Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) through KACIS. Following approval, users can access the system with an RSA token at the following link: dna.kcjis.ks.gov
