Raymond and Mabel Aguirre - VICTIMS
Topeka Police are investigating a homicide, aggravated burglary and aggravated battery that occurred at 1900 SE Washington, Topeka, KS, on September 19, 2000. Victims are 82 year old Raymond AGUIRRE and his wife, 80 year old Mabel AGUIRRE.
The suspect, a black male, late teens to early 20's, 5 foot 8 inches. 160 pounds, with a short afro, little or no facial hair, wearing a red sweater with white collar, entered the residence through a bathroom window. Victims were beaten and left unconscious. Raymond AGUIRRE has died from injuries.
