On December 24, 2010 the body of Pedro Morales was discovered in a ditch along a low-maintenance road in rural Ford County, Kansas.
Investigation revealed Morales died from a single gunshot wound to the head.
A Governor’s Reward is being offered in the amount of $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for this crime.
